About Us

We are a leading manufacturer and distributor of veterinary pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals across East Africa. Our main manufacturing facility is located in Ruaraka, Nairobi.
The manufacturing plant covers 3,530.3 m², comprising a 464.5 m² ISO 14644-1 Class 8 clean room equipped with two powder manufacturing lines and one liquid manufacturing line. The complex also houses administrative offices and a dedicated nutritional solutions blending plant, enabling the efficient production of a wide range of veterinary pharmaceutical and nutritional formulations.
Our facility is designed and built in full compliance with WHO cGMP guidelines and is certified by key regulatory authorities: VMD (Kenya), TMDA (Tanzania), NDA, RFDA (Rwanda), and ZAMRA (Zambia). Regular inspections and audits from these bodies help us maintain global manufacturing standards.
In addition to our Nairobi site, we partner with manufacturers in the UK, Turkey, and India for the specialised production of mineral blocks, injectables, vaccines, and boluses. This network ensures that we deliver a broad product portfolio while maintaining consistent quality across regions.
Our operations are supported by a well-equipped Quality Control Laboratory. This lab includes high-precision instruments such as HPLC, GC, and FTIR for all required pharmacopeial analyses. A dedicated microbiology section with primary and secondary change rooms and a Laminar Airflow Unit is available for microbiological testing and sterile operations.

Current Good Manufacturing Practices

Our operations strictly follow the World Health Organization (WHO) current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). These standards ensure that all products are consistently manufactured and controlled to meet the highest quality and safety requirements. cGMP covers every aspect of production from facility design and equipment maintenance to staff training, hygiene, and process validation. By adhering to these guidelines, we guarantee that every product leaving our facility is safe, effective, and reliable, reflecting our unwavering commitment to excellence in veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturing

Quality Testing

Quality Testing ensures that every product meets the required identity, purity, potency, and safety standards before release. Each batch undergoes rigorous analysis in a fully equipped Quality Control Laboratory featuring advanced instruments such as HPLC and FTIR for chemical and pharmacopoeial evaluation. A dedicated microbiology section, complete with Laminar Airflow Units and controlled change rooms, supports sterility and microbial load testing. These capabilities enable continuous monitoring of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products, ensuring consistency, reliability, and compliance with regional and international quality specifications.

Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance oversees the entire manufacturing process to ensure that products are consistently produced and controlled according to predefined standards. It integrates systems for documentation, process validation, deviation management, and internal auditing, guaranteeing that each stage of production aligns with regulatory and customer requirements. QA also coordinates staff training and continuous improvement programs to strengthen operational excellence and compliance with WHO cGMP. Through this proactive approach, quality is built into every step of production, ensuring safe, effective, and dependable veterinary pharmaceutical and nutritional solutions for the market.
