PROSTREP 20/20 is an antibiotic with the combination of Penicillin G and Dihydrostreptomycin that acts as an additive and in some cases synergistic. Procaine penicillin G is small-spectrum penicillins with a bactericidal action against mainly Gram-positive bacteria like Clostridium, Corynebacterium, Erysipelothrix, Listeria, Bacillus anthracis, Staphylococcus and Streptococcus spp and Gram-negative cocci, Leptospira canicola, Campylobacter foetus and Actinomyces bovis.
Dihydrostreptomycin is an aminoglycoside with a bactericidal action against mainly Gram-negative bacteria like E. coli, Campylobacter, Klebsiella, Haemophilus, Pasteurella, Brucella spp, Shigella spp, Proteus spp and Salmonella spp.
INDICATIONS
PROSTREP 20/20 is effective against gastro-intestinal, septicaemic, respiratory and urogenital infections, mastitis and septic arthritis caused by micro-organisms sensitive to Penicillin and/or Dihydrostreptomycin like; Gram positive bacteria e.g. Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, Corynebacterium, Erysipelothrix, Clostridium, Bacillus, and Gram negative bacteria e.g. E-coli, Proteus, Brucella, Shigella, Klebsiella, Pasteurella, Salmonella, Leptospira, Campylobacter, Actinomyces bovis and some mycoplasmas species.

Apply after the last dose.
- Meat: 21 days.
- Milk: 3 days
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not administer to animals hypersensitive to penicillins, aminoglycosides and/or procaine. Do not administer to animals with an impaired renal function or disturbances of auditory or vestibular organs.

- Store below 30 C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
