WORMITREX DRENCH is a yellow coloured homogeneous liquid free from any foreign visible particles.
INDICATIONS
WORMITREX DRENCH is a broad spectrum antihelmintic used in the control and treatment of gastrointestinal worms and lungworm infections in cattle, sheep and goats. It contains Levamisole Hydrochloride which is active against stomach worms and roundworms and which is also effective upon oral administration against various species of nematodes.

Not applicable.
Special precautions to be taken by the person administering: When using, do not eat, drink or smoke. Wash splashes from eyes and skin immediately. Take off immediately any contaminated clothing. Levamisole can cause idiosyncratic reactions and serious blood disorders in a very small number of people. If symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, vomiting or abdominal discomfort are experienced when using the product, or sore mouth/throat or fever occur shortly afterwards, then medical advice should be sought immediately.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
Administration with a suitable drenching gun is recommended, taking care not to damage the oral cavity. Given as an oral drench.
- Cattle: 25 ml per 50 Kg Body weight.
- Sheep and Goats: 5ml per 10 Kg Body weight.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
- Meat: Cattle – 14 days, Sheep- 21 days
- Milk: 3 days.
STORAGE CONDITIONS
- Store below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep out of reach of children.
