A yellow fine powder free from foreign visible particles. It contains Oxytetracycline Hydrochloride which is an antibiotic of tetracycline group and highly effective against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria & both aerobic and anaerobic bacteria and Mycoplasma.
INDICATIONS
Vetoxy 20 is a broad-spectrum antibiotic used in the treatment and prophylaxis of respiratory and gastrointestinal infections caused by bacteria in calves, lamb, goat kids, pigs and poultry. Some of the susceptible bacteria include Staphylococcus, B. Haemolytic streptococcus, non-haemolytic streptococcus, Pasteurella, clostridia, Klebsiella, Haemophilus, Corynebacterium, E. Coli and Salmonella) Mycoplasma, Spirochetosis and Actinomyces. It is also active against Rickettsia.
